Introduction

Welcome to Talnova! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Talnova ecosystem, including all associated websites and platforms (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Talnova (Pvt) Limited ("Talnova", "we", "us", or "our").

Note on Rebranding: We have recently rebranded from TalentBoozt to Talnova. These Terms apply to the entire Talnova ecosystem.

The Talnova ecosystem includes a wide range of career and productivity tools:

• Talnova Landing: Our showcase site (no cookies used).
• Talnova Learning: Educational platform for live and pre-recorded courses.
• Talnova Training: Validation and publishing platform for trainers.
• Talnova ATS Resume Builder: Client-side tool utilizing localStorage.
• Talnova Free Tools: 19 AI-inspired career tools (no data storage).
• Talnova AI Guidance & Chatbot: AI-powered guidance using OpenAI API (no cookies).
• Talnova Team Tracker: Productivity tracking via activity metadata monitoring.
• Talnova 360-Degree Feedback: Technical platform provided via affiliates.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Acceptance and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our sites. Rebranding to Talnova reflects our commitment to an ad-free, secure, and integrated SaaS ecosystem. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or use.

Accounts and Authentication

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We use a secure, encrypted Single Sign-On (SSO) system. Google OAuth2 is currently the only supported external authentication method within our ecosystem, having removed all other social login options for enhanced security.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Services responsibly and lawfully. We do not use ads in our SaaS ecosystem, ensuring a focused and professional user experience. Prohibited activities include:

• Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Uploading malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Engaging in discriminatory, offensive, or illegal behavior
• Spamming, scraping, or interfering with Service functionality
• Using the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes

For trainers: You warrant that your courses are original and accurate. All courses undergo a professional validation process before publication.

For Team Tracker users: The tool tracks activity metadata (titles, software used, time) primarily via heartbeats. It does not read sensitive content within files.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the Services (including text, graphics, logos, software, and designs) are owned by Talnova or its licensors. Rebranding to Talnova does not change our ownership or your rights. You are granted a limited license for personal or internal business use.

User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant Talnova a license to use, host, and display it as needed to provide the Services.

Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party providers such as Google OAuth2, OpenAI, Zoom, and Calendly for specific manual or automated features. Your use of these is governed by their respective terms.

The 360-Degree Feedback tool is operated with affiliates; users must agree to their specific policies during engagement.

Security and Encryption

We encrypt end-to-end (E2E) all sensitive data processed within our ecosystem. While no system can be 100% secure, we prioritize your data privacy by avoiding third-party data sharing (unless essential for service delivery) and using private analytical platforms.

Payments and Credits

Certain features may require payment or operate on a credit system (e.g., AI Career Guidance). Credits are managed via IP and timezone mapping. Fees are displayed at the time of purchase and are generally non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talnova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Rebranding transitions will not affect the termination status of existing accounts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and Finland. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
